Junior Marketing Technology Specialist

up to 6,000 PLN net (B2B)
up to 5,000 PLN gross (Employment contract)

When you join our marketing team as a Marketing Technology Specialist you will be responsible for implementing websites and running marketing campaigns. You will also take care of connecting it with the 3rd party tracking services.


Must have:

  • At least 1-year of commercial experience
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Experience with managing paid social media campaigns
  • Ability to solve problems on your own
  • Self-organization skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • English min. B2

Nice to have:

  • SEO knowledge
  • Git workflow
  • HubSpot
  • Figma or Sketch
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments


  • Collaborate with team members
  • Build websites on HubSpot
  • Plan and run social media marketing campaigns
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot Dashboard to analyze campaign results 
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns

How we work

We're a group of about 20+ ambitious software developers, web designers and testers working in small project teams of max 5 persons. Each team has a Project Leader, who is also a developer and is responsible for the daily contacts with a client. We have a flat company structure which means we don’t have project managers or other people who would manage our tasks.

This approach lets us be more flexible and closely cooperate with each of our clients. The team advises on available solutions, presents pros and cons, and is able to make a quick decision with a client. The team has autonomy on how to work on a project, plan resources and calculate time needed to complete the project.
